The pictures below are a few examples resulting out of an extensive photo shoot in 2004 with Peter Bisson, a yoga instructor of more than 20 years experience. The photographs formed part of a book Peter wrote on his brand of Hatha yoga, which aims to bring about an awareness to the mind and body through attention to breathing, postural alignment, meditation and relaxation.
